The work was completed well before promised, and I personally had difficulty arranging for a timely pick up. I missed the next business day, and I arrived 15 minutes past closing on the next day! But, when finally I received my car, I was quite pleased with the quality of the repair, the superlative paint job and match of color, and the easy check out experience.
